Toxapex walls Scizor, Scizor U-turns on the switch, Lando comes in. Toxapex switches out of Lando, Lando U-turns again.
Tapu Koko can generally do pretty well against Toxapex if you know when to pivot around. Same with Mega Manectric if you're using it instead of Koko for some reason. Other sets like Sub Flynite or even a Pressure-Regenerator core (or a double Regenerator core) can outright PP stall opposing Toxapex if you have no offensive answers.
