I'd like a region with two groups that aren't "evil", but just competing for the political supremacy. Most gym leaders are also aligned to one of those factions and both groups revere opposite mascot legendaries
Examples: Chubu region in Japan featuring Takeda and Uesugi clans or northern Italy featuring Guelphs and Ghibellines.
