guesstimating that that cuts out about a third of the attack animations total, and that about maybe half the natures for each of the nature based ones could be shared in different combinations, we'd have about 110 animations per pokemon
which would be enough room that a budget of $5,000,000 would still be able to handle possible factors like
GF animators being payed exceptionally well
GF animators taking an amount of vacations and days off higher than expected
GF animators being slower than i expected
if none of those are present or my estimates worse than actual values, GF could do this with about $2.5 million USD with only a minor or even imperceptible drop in quality
and you guys just know GF would recycle these animations forever and a day, so afterwards they'd only need to make ones for new moves and new pokemon, which they have to do anyway
