The 2019 game is confirmed for a LATE 2019 release now and not a 'second half'

This is no surprise anymore. They wasted two years of development time on shitty let's go (how could it even take 2 years? its fucking yellow in 3d with smartphone graphics) and even ruined USUM in the process. They clearly don't give a fuck anymore. That doesn't mean modern Pokémon is completely shit, but is unecessarily shitter than it would have to be. Pokémon is the biggest thing on our planet and yet they can't invest a bit of money into better development or better structures. Every gen could have a least 100 (or around 150 like Gen 1 and 5) with ease. Plus tons of unique formes and Megas.

When they first said 'second half' instead of 'Late 2019' it made a lot of people think it would be earlier than Nov simply cause they've always said 'late' when they mean end of year, but they didn't.

Emerald - Sept
DP - Sept
Plat - Sept
HGSS - Sept
BW - Sept
BW2 - June
XY - Oct
SM - Nov
USUM - Nov

So wrong - most games are Sept.

Also, the anime is reaching the last of it's storyline so there definitely has to be a filler saga to last a year.

Ash goes to Kanto to rechallenge the gyms for the badges he didn't really earn, and this time they visit all the game locations they missed on the first run, like the Rocket Game Corner, Rock Tunnel, the pier maze etc.

Doubt it, more likely they'll keep in Pallet and at Oaks lab, sorta like what they're doing with keeping him at the school, but going places from time to time, which I'd prefer, it means we get to see his older pokemon and get some more development for them and also see them actually interact with each other since we haven't actually seen anything past like, gen 3 interacting with his other pokemon.

Pokemon have released games in Sept more than any other month so it's not so damn farfetched to think 'Second half' could've been a Sept release.

Also, this is the Nintendo's financial report - 'late 2019' may be the professional way they have to put anything releasing after June 2019.
