Since Pokémon has probably the biggest community of fucking anything, why haven't all of them come togheter and create their own perfect Pokémon game? With a few million or even billion people working on it it could be easily done. The only thing they would need to do is not actualy call it Pokémon and remove all the copyrighted terms/mechanics. Like for example instead of calling it Pokéball they could call it Monster Ball or something like that
