Is anyone else excited to see Lavender Town in 3D? Call me an autist, but I've always enjoyed the lore and mystery surrounding Lavender Town. Let's hope Nintendo doesn't make it babby's first creepy area.

Let's Go will look nice, that much sure. The only thing that disappoints me is we won't be getting any representation of height (because of course we won't), so Mt. Moon, Rock Tunnel, Lavender Town, etc. won't look it.

They'll remove all potentially scary overtones and just make it a happy town where everyone loves Pokemon.
You can't enter the Pokemon Tower because of construction being done outside. They suggest you go to the next town to get your badge and give you several Full Restores because you might get poisoned in the trainer battle along the route.

First, Nintendo doesn't develop Pokémon, Game Freak does.
Second, Lavender Town already was "babby's first creepy area".
Third, Game Freak *will* fuck it up though. They fuck up everything they touch.

For all the things to complain about, the graphics seem pretty low priority. If you think it looks like a Gamecube game, you obviously don't remember the Gamecube.

Even Gen 8 will have a simple anime style, even if it tries to push things a little further.
