It's called Hot Wind in Japanese.

And the description reads:

>The user attacks by exhaling hot breath on the opposing Pokémon. This may also leave those Pokémon with a burn.

Fire-type Pokemon do the "hot breath" thing, but birds and other Flying-type Pokemon can achieve the same thing by flapping their wings.

What are some other moves that could be given out to certain pokemon for coverage?

Anyone that learns fucking Flash should get Dazzling Gleam.

As people have said, the Japanese name is Hot Wind. Personally I think it's a reference to birds using thermals to aid flight.

Most of them get Signal Beam, but that doesn't help much. What would they even want? Ice moves I guess. Aurora Borealis is caused by electromagnetic particles or something, Aurora Beam?
It's stronger than HP Ice at least and lest them use HP for other coverage
