I'm not saying it should be a type, because Pokémon themselves are already inherently magical, so a Magic Type would seem comparatively bland. (Plus Psychic and Fairy mostly already cover what it would be.)

But, what Pokémon WOULD be Magic Type, if it existed, and how could a Magic Type work?
