>>36236797That's not even so far-fetched, see death as some kind of cryo sleep or hibernation. The body, the vessel for the soul, is reduced to the absolute minimun. The soul is now free while the bones are preserved. Maybe this means one day we will have the technology to resurecct and restore the body from the dna in the bones. And maybe then the soul can return to the body. The ancient egypts believed this too. Think of it as resureccting a fossil Pokémon. Now it seems like fiction, but in the future it could become reality.
