Manga probably just did whatever, since his sprite doesn't have too many recognizable features to work with (Matt didn't look 100% like he does in-game either, though)
Anime Tabitha resembles his game self the most, although with a seemingly calmer personality (from what I remember)
At least you have a variety of Tabithas to choose from, I guess..
