Stats. They're almost identical. For single player, both Pokemon can easily run with any nature, stabs + coverage, and be completely reliable throughout.

No. Humans are only attracted to humans of the opposite gender/sex. If a human 'consents' to same-sex intercourse, it is because they are mentally damaged or being coerced in some way, even if it's just silent social coercion. There is no way an functional adult male human who is not under some form of mental/emotional duress would consent to sex with another male. And two women cannot have sex because neither has a penis, and penile penetration is required for sex.

I don't think this even applies here. This doesn't feel like goofy features added to balance out a design from being too cool, it feels like whoever drew Incineroar couldn't be fucked to give it proper anatomy.

I feel like the features actually work for what they were going for, I just didn't like what they were going for in the first place.
mascot costumes always look a little weird and making one sentient just doesn't feel like a good choice for a pokemon

At the risk of unintentionally echoing the frog-dino debate going on, Incineroar could work as a exaggerated sabertooth tiger - since they had muscular torsos and longer front limbs vs back limbs. I know a couple species even had long, semi-opposable fingers to grapple prey even better and plantigrade feet to stabilize themselves during fights.

It's definitely a coincidence, but it's one that helps me think of how a wild/feral Incineroar would work (not counting the bipedal backlash or else we'd have to hate on a lot more pokemon just for two legs good four legs bad alone).

I really do like that idea and it could've worked, I'm not sure why they are shilling it so much regardless of their mistake.
but even a bipedal sabretooth looking thing would've been better than big glove hands and no neck

As someone who has used Swampert for every excursion through Hoenn and used Incineroar for Sun version, no. Incineroar wasn't the worst member of my team(I'd put it at about 4th), but it could not switch into attacks like Swampert could. Incineroar doesn't do special attacks as well as Swampert, either.

So basically, its typing and moves make all the difference. Being the fast, frail starter as Litten and Torracat doesn't help your comparison, either.
