but aren´t chanseys super rare? Also what about a team? Where should I look for info, smogon? And which site for vgc?

Kinda. There are two shaking bushes that spawn either Cottonee(US)/Petilil(UM), Scyther, or Chansey and it might take a while for it to show up.

Don't know shit about team building so you're on your own there. Just google "(pokemon) battlle tree/spot set" and you'll probably find something decent.
