Or they should've just let you get the Liechi berry some other way even if hard, like getting all gold symbols or something, i had to hack one to make pokeblocks, normally i don't cheat so it just doesn't feel right

It was improved into Mirage IslandS, which you could find soaring and rotated regularly so you were bound to find them all just by playing often.

While the community playing the games active, sure. I jumped back into ORAS recently and hopped online and somehow the PSS is still full of life, and I was still able to get what, 4-5 extra Mirage Spots + the normal daily one? That's real nice, but not an everlasting thing. Game Freak constantly stuffs their games with features that won't stand the test of time ever since Gen 3, really. That clock batteries going to dry up and you'll never be able to grow berries again, make it to Mirage Island, and other time-based things.

I didn´t had friends to play with after gen 3, but Pokemon really changed. At least we got till gen5 a whole bunch of good games.

I'd still complain about its mundane soundtrack and region. Speeding those games up wouldn't fix those things. Or the extremely cluttered inventory for that matter (which HGSS made worse somehow).

Shiny Pokemon have a higher chance, and you can run into dozens of Pokemon a day further increasing the chances of running into one unlike the mirage island where you only get one chance a day, won't work if the battery died of it the playtime of the game reaches 999 hours. Plus all the new ways of making finding a shiny easier.
