I don't hate him, i'm just disappointed that they couldn't come up with something better than "your not always happy!!" for his big moment. His big moment being a few sentences, and then he went right back to being the exact same one note character he was when you met him.
What a non-character
Wally was a better character, and he was absent for most of his game.
Hell some NPC's have more depth than him.
