>>36267094Sure it uses the cannons in that animation, but it never looks like anything actually comes out of them except for dark pulse of all things and water pulse in its mega evolution in gen 6. Actually looked like the water was coming out of the giant cannon on its back.
Everything else though? It either just forms in front of its body, is shot from its mouth or isn't even connected to Blastoise's body at all. Scald and water pulse in gen 7? Shot from the mouth. Ice beam? Shot from the mouth. Aura sphere in gen 7? Forms in front of its body. Hydro pump in gen 7? Forms in front of its body. Dragon pulse? Forms in front of its body.
Water spout? Shoots from its fucking cranium. And the biggest sin is hydro pump in gen 6 where again it fired it from its mouth, even in mega form. Same goes for aura sphere in gen 6 but that at least looked pretty funny since instead of firing it from his hands like Lucario or Mewtwo Blastoise basically pukes the thing at you.
