Emboar and Inciniroar, and you know what infernape as well, all do the bare minimum. They're all generic bi-pedal "tough guys" with bits of fire put on various areas of there body. I'm sure I could give a 12 year old a a pencil, tell him to draw a fully evolved fire starter from his imagination and it would be more visually interesting then the fire starters you call "good"
