My first hatched shiny that wasn't the odd egg in gen 2 (which turnd out to be a shiny Elekid btw) was a Rhyhorn in White. I wasn't even aming for a shiny and only wanted to breed a HA Rhyhorn for a friend.

That's actually a good question.

Kind of funny I know what my brother's first Shiny hatch was off the top of my head all these years later (he got Igglubuff from the Odd Egg in Crystal, lol, I just got a normal Pichu) but not my own.

Going to have to go looking it would've been so damn long ago. I know my first Masuda was a Charmander in my main copy of HG but I'm not sure about the very first.

I randomly hatched a shiny Togedemaru about 20 eggs in to breeding, but that's the only shiny Pokemon I've hatched.

Ah, no wait, I was just about to boot up my Banks when I remembered. It was a Magikarp back during Gen 2 when there were (amazingly later confirmed true, for Gen 2) rumors that breeding with a Shiny gave you better odds.

I'm not sure how many eggs it took but I remember it didn't take terribly long which confirmed it in my mind knowing how rare they normally were. Or, well, not that long when you factor in the lack of Flame Body etc. anyway - it did take me doing it on and off a couple days Maybe 75 eggs or so? I'm relatively certain it didn't hit 100.

shiny bagon in Sun while i was breeding IVs for a salamence to use in the battle tree because i wanted the stamps and i needed megamence for doubles and singles. It has 0 IVs in attack but it was my first shiny in the 10 years i've been playing this game so i grinded it to lvl 100 to hypertrain it, i called it Imperfection

I'll never get the hype over shinies, especially since they'll almost invariably not have perfect IVs/Nature/Ability and are generally uglier than their non-shiny variants.

I was breeding dratinis for the Gen 1 tournament that nintendo held back in 2016, hatched a shiny 5 IV dratini with the right IVs and the wrong nature. Couldn't use it with the bad nature. Same thing happened when i was breeding mimikyus in Sun. Although those were just for the battle tree.

Before that, I had been trying to hatch a shiny Ekans, but I was getting irritated with how many eggs I'd hatched with no success, so I stopped to breed a competitive Timid Zoroark. I think it was within the second batch of eggs that the shiny showed up. Born a girl too, with 5 perfect IVs. Her name is Tempest and she's fully evolved and leveled up now.

Then I got very lucky hatching a shiny Honedge in Sun after only 7 eggs while breeding one for competitive. Brave nature with 0IV in Speed and one of the parents wasn't even holding an Everstone. It is now pic related and it actually turned out to be an excellent competitive mon.

first hatched shiny was eevee in sun and moon. i just went to hatch a few eevees to evolve for completing the pokedex and one ended up shiny. ive hatched over 5000 phantump eggs and chained god know how many phantump trying to get a shiny to no avail, yet get a shiny eevee the one time i hatch eggs while NOT trying to get a shiny.
also i ended up taking a break from trying to get phantump and went for poliwag instead, and got a shiny in just over 1000 eggs. one day ill get phantump..

the bagon was Jolly and i would've needed a Timid or Modest nature to use it properly, plus the stab on special mega salamence is Hyper Voice but you can get it only in ORAS as a tutor move.
