GameFreak is the Downs Syndrome Kid that everyone needs to reward and applause just for being there, no matter how much of a colossal fuckup they are, and Pokemon is their cute little thing they bring to school every day that was actually kinda cool at first, but then they kept bringing it back with minor differences if any at all. But even though it hasn't changed since yesterday, the week before or even a few grades ago, everyone still congratulates them just because they've done this dance for so long that they can't imagine NOT doing it.
