They really should've implemented Super's Connection Orb system alongside the old Mystery Dungeon's recruitment system instead of scrapping it all together. The way Super does recruitment makes dungeon exploring less rewarding.

Sky already had a connection orb-ish system because clients would randomly ask to join your team. There was no reason to change recruitment at all, Sky had basically perfected it
