Assuming Golem gets a mega it will decimate everything in it's path. No levitate abilities and assuming it stays true to Gen 1 flying types will take damage.

Special isn't a thing, so it can't possibly compare to Gen 1 Mewtwo in sheer brokenness.
And other Megas will give Mewtwo hell such as Aerodactyl and Beedrill due to their higher speed, access to moves that didn't exist in gen 1 (ergo viable Bug Moves) and extreme offenses, some of which is something Gen 1 Mewtwo never experienced from anyone aside from itself.
