>>36306105>115 atkThat's not enough to care too much about neutral hits. YYou need to be hitting SE at that level, especially considering its movepool. It's really not hard to get lots of neutral hits with Fighting + any other type. Its SE coverage for 3 moves is pretty bad.
Its strongest moves of those types are Seed Bomb, Sucker Punch (it doesn't get Knock Off) and Superpower. Its STABs are thus base 80 and 70, and Sucker Punch is unreliable. Its non-STAB Superpower guarantees it won't sweep, since it becomes extremely easy to revenge and it destroys its own stats. Superpower is also easy to play around to force drops and waste PP, and Sucker Punch has similar problems.
For the last moveslot, it has SD and Destiny Bond for support, or Thunder Punch, Poison Jab, and Stomping Tantrum for a band set. The problem with SD is its lack of bulk limiting setup opportunities and Superpower drops. I don't think it's a good bander either because of Sucker Punch being mandatory, its generally low-BP moves, and all of its options being easily walled by high-usage mons.
Outside of that, Protect+Disable leaves it with moveslot syndrome. It can Encore something trying to wait out Sucker Punch. I can't really see anything else it can do - it has some good support moves, but no bulk or reliable STAB to let it fill its moveslots with them.
Its abilities are also bad and don't give it a niche outside of preventing Scald burns.
Basically, it's shit, and adding some speed doesn't even begin to fix that.
