Sadly heracross in Gen II is pretty shitty so you're really not missing much. It took me about an hour to find one, and when I did, I tried my damndest to keep it on my team, but get use to your main attack being horn attack until, like level 45 or so when it learns megamiss...I mean megahorn....oh, and in a region with hardly any trainers and low level wild pokemon the fact that he takes 125million to get to level 100 means you'll be using him to eat up all the experience you ever gain and everyone else on your team will be under-leveled.
He's not worth your time, Love him to death in the newer games because he actually, you know, LEARNS moves, but in Gen II he's garbage.
