The hardcore gamers that will purchase a console like the Switch want a game that they can get immersed in and really sit down and enjoy.
A mobile game for Switch (and let's be honest, that's what LGPE is) is the worst of both worlds. It's too cumbersome to access for mobile gamers, and too barebones and simplistic for hardcore gamers.
