>brown/gray roomsyeah because that's what caves are you genius, Pokemon is fantasy but it never goes full fantasy (outside of the recent Ultra Space shit), most of the places you visit are just about what'd see in the real world, some towns, some grass routes with trees, some desert areas, a volcano etc. and only occasionally you get something more out of the ordinary like Chargestone Cave but that's always the expeption not the rule
Only thing i'd say though is that for being a cold region Sinnoh lacks a comfy ice cave
