>Bellsprout in Gold, circa 2001.On the way to Violet on one save file, I encountered one while training for Violet Gym to prevent Mud Slap from mattering so much. Cyndaquil crit maimed it rather than just weakening it the last little bit needed.
Have not reclaimed it because I don't find it particularly good looking. Though since the last few years I've been putting together a full form/language living Dex I'll have to go back for it eventually.

Brain didn't register the Shiny sound until I'd already hit "Run" and looked up just in time to see it for half a second or so.
Like Bellsprout (and most Shinies, to be honest) I don't much care for it and thus have not reclaimed it as of yet.

I have hundreds of legit Shinies and have had even more so losing 4 with only two of them being my fault is pretty good, I would have to think.
