Been playing Pokémon since 2011 or so but I never played Gen 5. Should I play Black or White?

White. It has the better exclusive area (White Forest) and it has the better version of Opelucid City with the best gym leader in the entire franchise (Iris).

Also worth mentioning:

I was just lazy and got it from somewhere without fact-checking, but the ones that actually matter (i.e. during main game) are correct. Will fix if I ever post it again.

Shaga is Drayden. If you play White, he teaches your Dragon pokemon Draco Meteor at his home in Opelucid. If you play Black, Iris teaches Draco Meteor.

Neither. The Pokémon suck, and I'm sick of hearing children defend garbage and fucking ice cream. That being said, if you're trying to be a true fan, play them all. Suffer through the bullshit that is BW and at least there's QoL upgrades and some cool music

I like the UI in Black 2 much more.
