Problem with Seviper is that its stats are too well-rounded; its offenses, defenses, and speed are all mediocre

A snake that fucking fat shouldn't be fast so I can deal with the low speed, but it should be bulkier and hit harder.

Seviper is a BASED Pokemon that only patricians like. Doesn't matter if it's stats are shit you should like it. Easily top 10 best Pokemon and if you disagree you should skin your ball sack, fry it up, and eat it.
