Create Pokemon moves. I'll start with some Sun moves.

Sun Burn
15 PP
Special
100% Accuracy
40 BP during Rain, Sand and Hail.
60 BP with 10% burn chance during no weather.
100 BP, guaranteed Burn during Sun.

Sunrays
5 PP
Drops foe's accuracy 3 stages.
Can only be used during Sun.

While there's a terrain on the field, Pokemon weak to that terrain get hit super effectively by this move. So during Electric terrain, water and flying types are also weak to this move. But the rock weakness doesn't stack with the terrain weakness so flying types will just take 2x damage and not 4x.

Makes opposing pokemon Attracted if they're opposite gender. If your opponent has a feline pokemon on their team but they don't have one currently out, one of their feline pokemon is dragged out and immediately becomes Attracted. Feline pokemon become attracted even if they're genderless.
Feline Pokemon (only listing final evolutions) = Persian, Delcatty, Purugly, Liepard, Luxray, Pyroar, Meowstic, Incineroar, Solgaleo, Zeraora, Landorus T, Mew, Mewtwo, Absol, Espeon

The user freezes itself solid and restores 1/2 of its maximum HP every turn until it defrosts. Learned exclusively by frog-like Pokemon because Ice-types cannot be frozen.

Any attack done by the pokemon in the slot this move was used on, will fail in 3 turns, including switching. If it's a damaging move, it will always miss, if it's a non-damaging move, the text will say "But -any pokemon on your side of the field- interrupted the move!" and the move will fail, if it's a switch the text will say "But -any pokemon on your side of the field- trapped it!" and there won't be a switch. Can't use this move again until the 3 turns are up.

Foe's speed drops 1 stage for each Sticky Web on the field. Foe gets Poisoned if there's 1 Toxic Spikes on the field and badly poisoned if there are more. Has 15 more BP for each layer of spikes. Flying, Bug, and Fire types are also weak to this move if Stealth Rocks are up. 30 more BP if there's 2 Stealth Rocks.
