This was an absolutely retarded ability that did nothing for Decidueye once so ever. I could see if it boosted the damage of Physical moves by 1.5x at the least alongside the effect of not making contact, but yikes is it shit. At least Primarina has a usage for Liquid Voice.

It does well for itself in NU outside of Sneasel trapping it, but I see less of that these days.

I only played OU since USUM came out but from what I've seen it's outclassed by Dhelmise in NU so it was just a matter of time desu.
NU has many great counters to grass/ghost anyway
