Why is this motherfucker so impossible to find in US/UM?

I've done Ultra Warp Ride nonstop over the past few days and any time I get a rare white warp it's fucking Kartana's world. This shit is really curdling my piss. I just want to be done with this fucking game already

I don't even want to have the pokemon for any reason, like trying to complete the Dex or anything. If I'm going to do that I may as well just quit playing now. I just consider catching all the legendaries to be part of "finishing" the single player aspect of a pokemon game.
