as long as it still has the type matchup mode from PWT.
not sure how it'd work since frontier brains don't have specific types, but I guess it'd be fine if they omitted them from that mode.
Maybe have a legendary mode where the trainers use legendaries and you can too?

Pokemon can be the identity of a region without cutting out every single other available region. Also, Advanced Battle was still marketing the full set of Gen 3 games, how the fuck are they gonna do that without showing Hoenn pokemon in Kanto?

Not defending the FRLG bullshit, but every region should have mostly wild pokemon of its own gen (unlike in Kalos), and some pokemon should be exclusive to some regions when wild

Meanwhile, fucking Alola Form will be found wild in Kanto in LGPE, and probably in the Gen 8 region too

i just want the elite four trainers to be induced in a pwt facility... why they weren't included in the type masters battles is beyond me since they all use mono type teams as well... well most of them anyways.

I think the official explanation (either from a NPC in BW2 or from interviews with GF, I don't remember) is that the E4 weren't in the PWT because with the leaders and champions gone some representatives of the league had to stay in their regions.
