top one reminds me of this turtle god mon, plus entei's head thing
designs are alright, i like the phoenix. the others are a little unfocussed, like their details are purely for the sake of being more complex. the phoenix strikes a really nice balance between details and simplicity. the turtle and tiger just seem like they have greebles, pick a simple motif and don't spam it too much. for the tiger i'd go with those swirls you used on the eyebrows. they clash with the random spiky stripes but it could look really nice with swirls down the back and as the wings. the turtle has a lot going on, we got claws, rings plates, flower bits, fluff, a beard, entie's head thing... figure out what you want to get across with the design, and make all of the elements more cohesive in a way that supports that. are you going for ancient winter god? you could accomplish all those different features with shaggy clumps of icicles used in different ways, and it'll look much more cohesive.
the dragon is nice but looks very small , like it could be a mid stage even.
they could all do with more dynamic and imposing poses to give them that legendary god animal feel. like for the dragon you should pose him so we're seeing more of the underside and he's looking down on us, give an impression of size and flight.
not bad though, your linework is really nice, your colour choices are pleasant, and your designs overall are pretty good, would like to see more.
