Okay so as someone who went into sun and moon (Ultra because i heard they were just updated versions basically) with zero expectations..

These games are great lol the region is probably the most visually interesting by a country mile.. The battles move at a great pace.. The story moves at a great pace.. The new mon are way better than gen 5 and 6,.. The world actually feels alive for the first time..

I've seen complaints about "not enough exploration" that is such a damn joke. So.. You can't wonder around a cave and fight zubats to find half worthless items.. Big deal lol you guys are letting rose colored glasses get the best of you. I started playing these games in 2000 btw.

My ONLY issue so far is the hand holding. That's it but the good outweighs the bad by a ton and these are very close to being the best games in the series.
