Giving Shuckle a move like Whirlwind or Roar. Doesn't have to be either of those, it could be a new move with the same function. That way after it sets up rocks and sticky web it can Roar out the opponent and get off free Toxics. At that point once as many of the opponents Pokemon are badly poisoned then just keep roaring until Shuckle dies. And tack on 30 more HP points for shits and giggles.
