How do Reshiram and Zekrom represent coexistence when the dragon they came from split apart just to support different sides and when the climax of their game involves them fighting each other for the sake of whatever some human they liked wanted?

If anything Zekrom and Reshiram reuniting thanks to the bond between N and Hilbert/Hilda is the obvious conclusion that I would expect in a future game if we're ever going to get more continuation of that story.
