You don't get out much do you? Either that or you're purposely making yourself look like a cavemen to make a point. Fact is, Let's Go is still going to sell regardless. I don't know what's so hard to accept about this. It's fucking Pokemon we're talking about, a million dollar franchise. Any game selling below a million units would be utterly rare.

Yeah LGPE is definitely doing well when the combined preorder from 4 different versions of LGPE barely surpassed half of the preorder of Smash
BTW the preorder of Pikachu without ball version was so bad that it was actually kicked out from top 20 preorder list

Like that doesn't happen to a fuck ton of other games months before they get released? I don't know why people continue to get themselves asshurt over LGPE's existent, but if anything it's a good thing. Casuals on one side of the fence, and the entitled hardcore fans on the other.

Nobody with an actual brain likes HGSS nor the Johto region in general though. It's literally DLC content for Kanto because of how small it is, and as seen in the Spaceworld G/S demo, the overall world was going to be way bigger since they were planned to be the final games. Not to mention the Pokemon are absolutely shit in general and are constantly ignored outside of the Legends, and a couple of the final evolutions that matter like Tyranitar. They don't even fix the leveling issues despite the game being a "remake", and the final gym leader in Johto has Level 38 Pokemon, not even bordering the 50's, just pathetic.

The series really peaked in objective quality at Platinum, and in reality Generation IV is the best when you put aside HGSS.

Taking into account the Double Pack, this means around a month from release, each games have roughly 140 preorders.
So if you look at it in a way, each four versions of LGPE needs at least 110 more in two months to be considered "caught up" to USUM. The closest for now is Pikachu+Pokeball set, which comes up to 50+.

To add to these, it has been roughly two months since reveal, and the average preorder per game is 30, give or take, in other words 15 per months. Unless GF show something exciting, we can assume there will only be 45 more preorder per game in the coming three months.

At this point, I'm honestly not sure who they're trying to appeal to. New players, GO players won't just pick up a Switch for one game. Old players most likely dislike Mega and maybe the addition of GO mechanics. Current players aren't their target apparently.
Really, with each new reveal, it seems they're pushing customers while trying to pull in some.
