However, instead of the more obvious choices like a pitohui, I opted for a bird that genuinely is on the colorful side, so I opted for a the first two forms being a Hummingbird and the final form being a Bird-of-Paradise

Ability-wise it gets Immunity in its first form, but Poison Touch upon evolving and has Merciless as a HA.

Physical: Gunk Shot, U-Turn, Aqua Tail, Iron Tail and Cross Poison
Downsides: Can't get Poison Jab.
