Klinklang doesn't have goos stats either. Its slow, has low HP, and below average attack. Shift Gear isn't that much better than Dragon Dance either when at +4Spe, you'll outspeed mostly everything, but +2 on attack on a 100 Atk+50 BP 2 hit move that's Steel isn't gonna net you the OHKOs or 2HKOs you need. Even with if it got better coverage, it won't do much with such weak bulk and offenses.
