No, no. That is not Mew. Mew is the progenitor species for all Pokemon, and potentially all of humankind- and the Mews we have seen up until now have all been curious, kind, and wise souls. Like an eternities-old kitten, a creature with the innocence of a young child, the nurturing soul of a mother, and the wisdom of an elder. Someone like that would NOT be a human-killing nazi.
Myself, meanwhile? I don't see Mewthree as anything other than some scientists giving the idea of making 'the most powerful Pokemon ever' another shot, except this time actually trying to put in place methods to control their creation, and potentially having it be closer to Mew than Mewtwo was, to hopefully pull back in the innocence of Mew to try and get it to not be as wrathful towards its own captors.
