/vp/ is probably the most toxic thread about pokémon, I'd recommend literally any other place, but either way, Citra is the best emulator for pc, have you searched if they have an android version?

I don't think any mobile can handle Citra
And even on pc Citra is not 100% compatible with pokémon games. ORAS work 100%, SMUSUM have some graphic glitches but XY are unplayable

Considering it's easier to emulate Wii games in HD than it is to emulate some 3DS games at 240p, I'd consider that barely working.

it's not the pc, it's the emulator tho, last i heard citra used and probably still works using only 1 core from the cpu.
