Serena sounds like a woman in her 30s, not a young girl at all, also her screams sound like a raven's. She can emote, but overacts everything too much, and sounds too old.
Clemont's dub VA sounded bored and too wooden a lot of the time, and he too sounded too old for his age.
Finally, Bonnie sounds like she has a cold in the dub and also too old, very nasally, again getting used to something doesn't make it good- even worse is Rosenfeld is reusing that voice for Largo now, from what dubfags said, just awful.
BW was the least bad the TPCi dub VAs were, but that doesn't mean they nailed it: James still sounded like an old man with a cold, Meowth still had a gravelly voice, Jessie sounded valley girl ish at times, while Prof Oak sounded like Gary Oak with a cold rather than an old man to boot.
Stand Tall is shit tier, as is the Pokemon Theme XY Remix- the BW intros were less bad but still cheesy 30 second generic stuff.
Finally, BW dubbed had little to no edits, XY dubbed had some edits. Furthermore, XY dubbed replaced more Japanese music than BW ever did dubbed, and the script was much worse and rewritten harder too.
The dub went to hell with XY and somehow, Sun and Moon has an even worse dub, that's just how it is.
