Sneasel
Weavile
Froslass
Cryogonal
not a lot of choice for a type that screams glass canon to begin with.
Ninetales-A is the only OU 'mon, and that only by virtue of it being the single viable aurora veil user in the game, otherwise it has a rather terrible stat spread with 109 conveniently placing it lower than the common 110 mark, 81 sp-atk making sure it doesn't threaten offensively and 73/75/100 not being enough to take a hit without said veil up.
Sneasel is a NFE and incapable of using eviolite efficiently
Weavile is the only fast ice type with on paper great stats with it's 120 atk and 125 speed. Unfortunately it gets shafted twice first in ability (pressure and pickpocket, both useless) and secondly in moveset. While it does get icicle crash which is more than most offensive ice types can hope for it has literally nothing in the way of coverage, the only coverage moves over 70bp it gets are Dynamic Punch, Focus Punch, Iron Tail, Low Kick (conditionally), dig and X-scissor
Froslass is unique in that it gets Thunderbolt for coverage, which is unfortunately undermined by it having 80/80 offenses and no boosting moves or anything resembling a decent ability
And then there's Cryogonal, One of the 2 fast ice types with a good ability. Unfortunately it also has 95 in it's offensive stat and again effectively no coverage moves. It also has great sp-def but due to ice type can't use it. Shatters like glass under a physical move
honestly it looks like they were all designed wrong, as a joke
