It was abandoned, unfortunately. It’s a shame too because it was one of the only good Pokémon fan games.

Greninja (obligatory a this point. Would forgive because it would obviously have a more creative moveset than the smash version)
Mimikyu (Popular gen VII addition. Mite be cool)
Braixen
Tsareena/Salazzle/Lilligant (these final 2 picks are because the guy was obviously a major Furfag/Waifufag. Braixen was a must, but i'm not sure what would be the final pick. I went for another waifu pick, but Golurk would be a great left-field pick.

Was i the only one annoyed at the fact that both Combusken AND Blaziken are in this game? So many great options to choose from and you choose to spend a shitton of dev time on redundant picks like that? Btw, Combusken had a funner playstyle
