It's not even funny how annoying Intimidate is as an ability. Just imagine if they made a variant for every typing. Intimidate getting a Speed dropping variant in particular is probably going to happen next generation so.. get prepared for that.

Intimidate is now based on the Pokemon's height. A Pokemon can't intimidate a Pokemon that is taller than it, but can intimidate smaller and equal sized Pokemon.

That's the idea. Also make IQ, where something like Alakazam has 5,000 and Bibarel has 12, then make a Special intimidate where you can lower the SpA of Pokemon if their IQ is equal to or less than the user's IQ.
Now Weight isn't the only other non-base-stat stat to be used

The only meta that matters in VGC is doubles, something like that's probably all that matters
