I finished the anime in a year or so, i caught up when i was little so i wasn't bored and didn't have much to do. If you really want to go ahead and start watching anime i suggest you dodge the fillers.

Im looking to watch the series from OS to Advance Generation (or Diamond and Pearl) then take a break, watch Best Wishes (or just skip it entirely) and move on to X and Y and Sun and Moon.
