VGC is arbitrary in every sense of the word. Why is it doubles format when the main line games and anime all depict singles? Spamming Protect and Intimidate doesn't feel like real Pokemon, making VGC shit to watch unless it's for memes
Most of Smogon's problems are directly related to GameFreak's shit balance. It isn't a coincidence that Ubers is a better format now than OU now that Smogon is actually trying to make it a tier.
