There are still better megas than Mewto-x/y in ubers.(Namely Mence or Gengar)

The Gen IV remakes will inevitably introduce some Primal Arceus or Elysium Arceus, some godly term to apply to it's new form. As for the ability, it's no doubt getting an omni STAB boosting ability considering Multitype is essentially that but split across forms for singular typings.

It's not favoritism if the weather trio is directly below Mewtwo at 770 despite being cover legendaries. Rayquaza being 780 while taking up your mega slot is only reasonable in comparison, using it means you can't use any other mega, including Mega Mewtwo.

There's basically no cost at all to using Necrozma or Kyurem White.

Kyurem and Necrozma are fusions so it should be Solgaleo, Lunaala, Zekrom and Reshiram who's stats should be taken into consideration for the "base"

Zygarde 100% is two 600 BST mons fusing together. I feel like that warrants a bigger stat buff than some magical rock does.

I don't know why but I never looked at its stats before. I just assumed it had the highest BST of any Pokemon. But yea OP, Arceus needs a unique forme that completely puts the rest to shame. I'm talking 920 BST.
