Are there any Pokemon that can have Synchronize and learn False Swipe? Also, are there any Pokemon that can have both of these things as well as a move that inflicts sleep?

You could just lead with a Synchronizer and switch to something with False Swipe + Sleep Move.

btw, if you are asking for the purpose of sos chaining, there's some glitch with synchronize you might want to look into, unless it was fixed in USUM.

parasect is the easy one. Also has damp in case you are hunting some self destructors.

I also have a max level gallade but hypnosis is annoyingly low accurate.

Some of those require learning the sleep via a pre-evolution only.

If you are SOS chaining by chance, do you know about harvest/leppa berry exeggutor? If you do, then you only need to use false swipe once. If you are legendary hunting, I still wouldn't get your knickers in a twist about having false swipe and sleep move on the same pokemon. If you have a high level scizor and a high level amoongus already, you don't really need to go through the trouble of getting them on the same pokemon

This. I actually transfered my Mew from the Gen 6 games to SM earlier than I intended due to that useful combination. I still have 3 more Mews in the gen 6 games anyway.
