People play it because it exudes charm and is full of designs that care for world they're made for far more than edgy anime demons and blob ghosts.
Pokemon is not going through a good time, but that doesn't mean the franchise doesn't have a future, and that the base made for it now is steaming with more originality and infamy than similar competitors.
