I would have used him if he had at least one evolution. I don't know why but I absolutely detest using mons with no evolutions. That aside yeah, he manages to pull off the luchador look without it being super super obvious, like the retarded boxing gloves of hitmochan and the other weirdly human things other pokemon wear for some fucking reason.
